Alison Pages, Broker in Charge
VITAL Real Estate Services was founded by Alison Pages, a commercial real estate broker with over 30 years of experience, licensed in Florida, North Carolina, and South Carolina. With a strong emphasis on healthcare real estate, Alison helps medical systems, physician groups, and developers navigate the complexities of site selection, leasing, and investment across the Southeast.
Over the course of her career at global and regional commercial real estate firms such as CBRE, Flagler, and Colliers, Alison completed over $400 million in transactions and leased more than 3 million square feet of commercial space. Her past client portfolio includes prominent healthcare and institutional organizations such as Miami Children’s Hospital, CAC-Humana, University of Miami, Health Holdings (aka Palm Medical Centers), and Wexford Science & Technology (a BioMed Realty company) demonstrating her depth of experience in medical, life sciences, and healthcare-related real estate.
Various notable transactions include:
- Tenant representation of Miami Children’s Hospital in the acquisition of sites for urgent care centers totaling approximately 85,000 sf
- Tenant representation of Care Plus Humana in the relocation of their 70,000 sf corporate headquarters
- Landlord agent leasing up Mellon Financial Center (now known as Sabadell Financial Center), a 550,000 square foot, class “A” office building on Brickell Avenue in Miami’s Central Business District and increasing the building’s occupancy level from 65% to 99%
- Landlord agent assisting Simon Malls in creating value for the office component of Shops at Sunset Place in South Miami, Florida which ultimately led to the sale of the mall for an approx. amount of $110 million
- Buyer representation of the University of Miami Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center in acquiring a 25,000 sf building in Deerfield Beach
- Tenant representation of King Law Offices in the expansion of various new offices throughout Western North Carolina
- Seller representation of Asheville Seasons, a Bed and Breakfast in Asheville NC
- Tenant representation of Key Autism Services in the expansion of various new ABA therapy centers throughout North Carolina including Asheville and Winston Salem
- Tenant representation of FEI Civil Engineers and Land Surveyors with a new office in Asheville NC
- Buyer representation of Kee Mapping in acquiring a 2,491sf building in Asheville NC
- Tenant representation of Catholic Charities in leasing 2,248 square feet of additional office space for their disaster case management team in Asheville NC

Tom Ryan is a real estate investment advisor with nearly 30 years of experience as a business owner, C-level executive, and private equity and angel investor. Specializing in advising business owners, entrepreneurs, and investment funds, Tom helps clients strategically leverage real estate to achieve their financial and operational goals.
With two decades based in Asheville, NC, Tom has deep market knowledge across Western North Carolina. He's raised over $50 million in project financing, led single-to-mixed-use conversions, and negotiated high-value lease deals, including solar rooftop leases with Fortune 500 companies. His hands-on experience spans land acquisition, development, operations, and divestment—bringing practical insight to every stage of the investment lifecycle.
Tom's consultative, data-driven approach reflects his belief that real estate is a powerful tool for building wealth and impact. Committed to his community, he and his Asheville-native wife are raising their three children in the region they proudly call home. Outside of work, Tom enjoys mountain hikes, staying active, and sharing life with family and close friends.
